All fine, but uncomfortable bed.

Sister Amalia made my stay super special with her warm and caring nature! The location was excellent—just a 3-minute walk to Santissima Annunziata. Only downside was noisy doors at night. 😊

Air conditioning units were incredibly loud, disrupting sleep. One km walk out of town, with nothing close by including restaurants. The shower didn’t drain properly, causing flooding into the hall, and the bathroom tap had weird-tasting water. Had several mosquito issues in the room. Hard and uncomfortable bed with hard pillows. blankets were scratchy. Rubbish truck noise at night and loud cleaning staff disturbed the peace.

I booked a standard double room for a week. The room was exceptionally clean with daily housekeeping, which made my stay more enjoyable. I appreciated the friendly staff who assisted me with laundry for a small fee, making it convenient. Breakfast included a variety of options, enough to fuel my day of exploring, and the location was perfect for accessing local attractions.

Wow, what a gem! The nuns running the place are super sweet and really care. My room was spotless and the quiet neighborhood vibe was perfect for my stay. Breakfast hit the spot with yummy pastries and coffee! Just wish the bed was a bit softer for my back. Definitely a must-visit in Florence!

During my stay in a Standard Double Room, I was pleasantly surprised by how immaculate it was! The location was great, only a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and just a bit further to the Uffizi, while the generous breakfast with fresh coffee and bread gave me the perfect start to my busy days in Florence.
